Listing this for a friend any questions can be directed to me and I will get you an answer ASAP This is a 1977 Chevy Camaro Z28 4 speed with Air Conditioning. He purchased the car to redo for his son and severely injured his back. Car is all original. As you can tell from the pictures it was hit in the back corner. Definitely not that major and can be repaired fairly inexpensively he is including a new inner rear panel with the car. There is rust through on the quarter panels, lower doors and lower fenders. The doors will definitely need new skins. The floor pans are not rusted and the frame rails are not rusted either. Overall this is a solid car except for the previously mentioned things. This would make an excellent father and son project or a good project for someone looking to learn how to restore cars. With some fixing up cosmetically this car would be perfect. I was told it runs and drives but I cannot guarantee at time of listing because I did not see it run myself if you are curious email me I should have a battery for it tomorrow (5/10). The engine compartment looks unmolested as well as the interior. The truck is solid with no rust. As you can see in the pictures this car comes with a bunch of brand new sheet metal. From what I am told these were hard to come by in 77 because the Z28 did not come out until mid year and if you wanted a 4 speed it had to be special ordered and took a long time....add AC to the equation it has to be pretty rare. The front seats are ripped but the foam is still soft and in tact the rear seats look good. The console is pretty beat up but is still functional. Carpet is in nice shape. I do not have sill plates he could not find them and thinks he may of thrown them out. I do not have a spoiler that took a hit when it was tapped in the back. He is still trying to find the rest of the rear windshield trim so I cannot guarantee he will find it at time of pick up and may make arrangements to ship if nessasary. The tires are dry the left rear does not hold air for more than 2 days. The drivers door is gutted but I have the glass and tracks for it. The car is covered up so it is not getting wet on the inside! Glass is all good and not cracked just dirty! Has functional cowl induction hood with flaps that open under thottle.
