We purchased this Mercedes in June of 2000 with just 9,100 original miles from Mercedes Benz specialist, Hatch & Sons Automotive for $35,000. This car has been garaged since new and is in nice condition for a 19 year old vehicle. We always get compliments on how nice the car is and people are shocked when we tell them how old it is. The current mileage is 106,600 miles. My wife has been the primary operator and it took some doing to convince her to get another car. I found a very nice low mileage 2000 S500 in Florida-through Ebay, and she gave me the green light to buy. I flew down and drove it home. I have used Mobil 1 synthetic oil since we purchased the car and with the exception of doing some oil changes and minor maintenance at the local garage, it has been maintained by Mercedes Benz specialists. The car comes with a full set of winter and summer tires, original books, S series advertisement brouchure, lots of keys, and maintenance records.
