Up for sale is a 1979 Ford Bronco. A 2 year shadetree restoration was completed last fall. The engine is a 351 Modified with a new Edelbrock 4 barrel carb. and high rise intake, it has a new fuel system (tank, pump, hoses, etc.), radiator, and most electronics under hood. It has a new brake system including master cylinder, booster, shoes, pads, rotors, hubs, calipers, hoses and equalizer valve. It has new B.F. Goodrich 33 X 9.50 X 15 all terrians on new Mickey Thompson wheels.The exhaust system from headers to chrome tips is also new. All of the chrome including bumpers, inner and outer grille, headlight buckets, mirrors, and wheel arch molding is new. The interior was stripped and new custom molded carpet installed, the high back captains chairs out of a 81' model together with the original back seat were re-upholstered two tone black and gray, it also has a new dash pad, and Sony Explode CD player with 6 new speakers. It was painted Black Licorice and completly undercoated last fall, although the black paint shines like a mirror, it does show the new patch panels over both rear wheels, you could'nt see it under primer but you know how black paint shows everything, this Bronco is a real head turner, but not show condition due to this and a few other minor dings visible now, it looks great but not perfect, it has not seen rain and has been garage kept. I have approx. $6000 in receipts for new parts. The 4 wheel drive works great, and it runs and drives like new, I would'nt be afraid to go anywhere in it. everything works except the horn and wipers, I just never checked to see what was wrong, the odometer reads approx. 11,500, but due to age and who knows what has been changed in the last 30 years I don't know the actual mileage.
