Camping season is here. Get this 1982 VW westfalia full camper, Pop-Top Camper, 2nd Owner (For 2 years) with all Maintenance records I bought this from the Original owners, daughter, it had been in the family since new. I have owned it now for 2 years. It has all original equipment including a gas stove, electric refrigerator, sink with faucet. It also has the factory Air Condition unit in the rear of the camper. Total miles 103,000 When I bought the Van the owners explained that they had the motor gone through and re-done at 70,000 miles. I have roughly put 10,000 miles on it since I bought it! This is a very clean Van! It starts right up first crank and sounds good. It has curtains all the way around, bug screens, & original pop-top. She is a clean Original VW Vanagon! The Bad The muffler is original and is a little bit noisy ($60 repair), It has a SMALL body blemish on the passenger side rear ($250 repair),the handle is missing from the side sliding door ($25 repair), and it drips a small amount of oil from the oil pan ($200 repair), but it is very minimal. Other than that the camper has normal wear and tear. I would give it an overall rating of 8 out of 10. This camper has been welled cared for but the wofe says it has to go.
