Spring is here and your new toy is waiting. Just face it - you would look GREAT behind the wheel of this classic beauty, wouldn't you? Very reasonably priced, this 51 MGTD features just over 65,000 miles on the odometer, but just about 1,000 miles on the completely rebuilt engine done to original specs. The car also has a new wiring harness, new brake lines, new wheel & master cylinders, and 5 new tires with about 1,000 miles on them. Also features a stainless steel exhaust system. Original workshop and owner's manuals are included, including a color coded wiring diagram. The car includes turn signals which were an American add-on option. A complete tonneau cover and storage cover is included as well as all side curtains that should clean up nicely. A working heater is provided, but not installed. The wipers work, but are not connected. There appears to be just one switch & present owner wasn't sure if he wanted to hook wipers or heater to it. The body, chrome, and undercarriage all appear to be in very good condition. The Chrysler flame red paint is nice, but the car is driven, so there are a couple of minor chips. The seats, top, and door panels are in good shape but the carpet is a bit tired. A new shifter boot is included, but goes under the carpet so owner was going to wait until he installed new carpet. The correct interior color would be red since the color in the grille on these cars denotes the correct interior color. The car runs great and can be driven most anywhere.
