This 2009 Cadillac CTS is a GM BuyBack vehicle. What this means is that the original customer was not happy with the vehicle so GM bought it back. This vehicle comes with the remainder of the original 48 month / 50,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty good through 11/05/2011 or 50,010 miles and 60 month / 100,000 mile power train warranty (engine and transmission) good through 11/05/2011 or 100,010 miles. The warranty is good at any Cadillac dealer in the United States. The stated reason for the buyback is "vibration from rear axle". This vehicle HAS BEEN REPAIRED to GM specifications. It has also been thoroughly inspected and tested by our service department to make sure everything is in proper working order. Fee and Tax Information: DOCUMENTATION FEE
A $199 documentation fee will be assessed on all vehicle purchases to cover all governmental and notary fees required to process your title work on our end.
SALES TAX
We are required by Indiana Sate Law to collect 7% sales tax on any vehicle picked up within Indiana. You will receive a form showing what sales tax you have paid on your vehicle and you will present this form to your home state when registering your vehicle. Indiana will then transfer that sales tax to your state. The only exceptions to this rule are the states or Arkansas and Alabama. These two states do not have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Indiana.
We do not have to collect any sales tax on vehicles that are shipped out of state. Also, sales tax is not collected on vehicles sold to another dealer if the dealer can provide a copy of a valid resale certificate for their home state.
