Vehicle Detail
"GREAT VAN". Its only a Great van if I took good care of it, and I did. After seeing the History Report. I never thought about the Van showing up as having three owners. So let me explain. I bought the van in my own companies name for me to drive from trade show to trade show. I had moved to California to be married and I took the van as part of my buy out from my partner. The company would still go on but the trade shows would be done by shipping the product and displays. So I took the van. I gave it to a friend who decided after driving it for two weeks that it was to big for him and I took it back. (Business, Friend, Me) So Only one owner. The miles came from me driving from Boston to Dallas, Dallas to L.A., L.A. to Orlando, Orlando to Las Vegas, Las Vegas to Miami, Miami to Orlando, Orlando to Boston, and do of that in five weeks. So those were the only times I let it go to 4000 miles before oil changes. Those Types Of trips is why I up graded everything. Its a really a nice van. Its real comfortable to drive do to the captains chairs. When you plug in your laptop and play a move on long trips and the sound is better that the theaters, makes a trip from San Francisco to Tucson, like a long flight to Bangkok in First Class on your own private Jet except for the flight attendant now works at the Love's truck stop when you need a drink. I'm selling it because I don't do trade shows anymore and don't use it. There are some minor straps, some small dings, and a couple small dents that can be fixed,(That's the reason for the price) its mechanically very sound. I was going to have the brakes done because I never changed them and my Mechanic who works on all my cars told me the brakes are around fifty percent wear. So the brakes are in good shape. The wear on the brakes tells you, a vehicle with that many miles still having original brakes in good shape, it truly is all highway miles. Buying this van will be like buying a new return leased van that is only a year old at an auction before its gone to the body shop to be buffed out and touched up before put on a dealership lot for $18,999. (I never had more then around 800 LBS. in cargo) If you want more pictures let me know of what and I will sent them to you. I had installed when I bought it new, Power Windows Power Door Locks Alarm Captains Chairs I just put a bit larger new Tires Just Serviced the transmission smoke-free I had professionally installed a theater sound system. Boston Acoustics Listening to music and concert recordings sound like your there!!! That cost $1800 Dollars installed. This not something I can just through in. Add $900 for it and Its yours. I do have regular deck that came with the car!! I had it installed so that you don't even know it there until you turn it on! it has USB, Ipod, laptop hookups.... If you are interested call me and we can talk. Tom 925.705.6002 On May-05-10 at 07:53:59 PDT, seller added the following information: Accident, I had know idea that what had happened would be considered and accident. When I first got the van I had a show in New York. After unloading the van, I pulled out of the loading dock area but (as you always see on these vans) I took the turn to sharp and put a dent in the left cargo door on the side with a yellow safety pole in the loading dock. So when I got home I wanted it fixed and call the insurance company and got it fix. It had under a 1000 miles. But it happened again as you can see in the picture. So I decided to not fix it. But that is the extent of the damage. That's not what I consider and accident. If someone backed in to your car a home depot is that considered an accident? Also I have tried to change the mileage but can't. When I posted it I knew the mileage was 88, and something. Now its 89,205. I'm using it to put my things in storage for the summer as I am leaving the state for the summer. Another reason that I am selling the van. If I weren't I don't think I would sell it. I love it. But its not the first van and it won't be the last.
