These vehicles are NYS public school property and must be sold at public auction to the highest bidder. Vehicles must be picked up at GST BOCES 459 Philo Rd, Elmira NY 14903 Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. This Voyager has good tires. There is a rust spot under the side door as seen in the pictures.
