NO RESERVE 2004 FORD F-350 4X4 For sale is a 2004, ford f-350 4x4 single rear wheel crew cab pickup with a flatbed. Truck has a remanufactured 6.0L turbo diesel engine. Truck has 163k miles and i do not know how many miles the motor has. The truck will crank and run perfect for about 10-15 minutes ( until it warms up) and then it shuts off and will not restart until it cools off. I cannot find a diesel mechanic in my area who can diagnose and give an estimate on repairing this vehicle. I have spent over $3,000.00 trying and cannot continue to throw parts at this truck at my expense, therefore i am selling this truck as is with no reserve to the highest bidder. My loss is your gain. When the truck is running, it runs perfect and does not smoke. The bed is nothing special and has many dents in it. The toolboxes on bed need new handles. One box is missing the handle completely and the other does not open and close properly. The drivers side mirror is broken and needs replacing. The emblem on the drivers side fender is missing and also needs replacing. The front bumper is bent up on the right front corner, and the truck has a few cigarette burns in the front seats. Overall the truck is pretty clean inside and out. Tires are all mismatched and have less than 40% tread. The carfax shows frame\unibody damage announced in auction. This is true due to the flatbed being welded to the frame. Any truck that goes through an auction with a gooseneck hitch, fifth wheel hitch or flatbed the auction announces frame damage and this stays with the vehicle carfax forever. The truck has a clear title with no major damage to the body or frame. This truck is a real bargain for someone who can fix it or have it fixed, but as I said before I cannot continue to sink money into this vehicle. Please do not bid if you are not serious about buying this truck because I am serious about selling.
