Description Hello and thank you for checking out this auction. Up for bid is a completely stock and very well cared for 2006 Honda S2000 with only 34,868 miles! I am the second owner of this S2000 and purchased it from a local Honda dealer as a Certified used Honda. This S2000 is well maintained and has been adult driven with almost all of the miles being generated from highway commuting. It has only ever seen rain a handful of times is always garaged when not in use and stored during the winters. All 4 tires were recently aligned and replaced (less than 1,500 miles ago) with brand new Bridgestone Potenza RE050 (the same tires that came on the car from the factory). Extended Warranty Information When I purchased this S2000 back in September of 2007, I also purchased a Vehicle Service Contract straight from Honda Financial Services for an additional $795.00. This contract is transferable and covers the vehicle until 07-23-2013 or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first) with a zero dollar deductable! To Honda’s reputation and credit I have never had to use it. When I bought the car, I had every intention of holding on to it for at least 100K miles if not more. Unfortunately circumstances change and I need to part with it. If the final purchase of this S2000 meets or exceeds $19.5K I will throw in the Vehicle Service Contract and pay the transfer cost out of my pocket. Normally I take my commuter car, however if you would like to arrange to meet for a test drive / inspection I would be more than happy to accommodate. Additional Info In good faith I want to make potential bidders aware some things that I would want to know about if I was buying this car. 1. Rear Bumper: Unfortunately someone scuff the right rear bumper (see pictures) in a parking lot. No damage was done to the bumper with the exception of the marring of the paint (IE, bumper wasn’t pushed in, just scrapped). 2. Front Bumper: Unfortunately there are some rock-chips in the front bumper. With all the high-way driving and low profile, it’s inevitable. Fortunately all but one or two are unnoticeable. Lastly, I am listing my S2000 locally as well. As such, I am reserving the right to end this auction early in the event that I find a local buyer. Other than that, that’s it! Terms This vehicle is being sold as is. There is an extended warranty that is an option with this car. This warranty is through Honda, and not the seller. The warranty is only included with the sale of this vehicle provided it that the final sales price of the vehicle meets or exceeds $19,500.00. If the closing price at the end of the auction meets or exceeds $19,500.00, I will transfer the existing Vehicle Service Contract in to the purchaser’s name at my expense. This contract covers the vehicle up to 100,000 miles or until July 23rd of 2013.
