This 1989 Bronco XLT four door is one of the first to roll off of the production line. Shortly after the Bronco four door went into production it was rebranded as a Centurion making this one of the very few Broncos in this body style ever produced. We bought it from the writer Cormac McCarthy (no country for old men, all the pretty horses etc.). He has had this vehicle in storage here in El Paso, Texas for the last ten years. The vehicle is being shown exactly as we got it from Cormac. We washed it, changed all of the fluids and filters and started it and it ran like a dream. The suspension is tight and it handles very well. The V8 engine has awesome power and runs great. The transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The air conditioning blows cold. The four wheel drive works as it should. The power windows, power locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, power rear gate window and radio all work as they should. The body is very clean and has no bondo. The paint is in good shape (see photos). We had this vehicle inspected and found no evidence of structural damage or accidents. The brakes have been inspected and are in good shape. The tires are in fair shape and will get you home. The body and undercarriage are in remarkable shape and there is no rust. We welcome independent inspections and will do what we can to help.
