1967 Ford Mustang. I am 3rd owner. I have original sales receipt as well as a copy of original title. These updates have been done: New Headlights New starter New Alternator Newer Flowmaster muffler New voltage regulator New Transmission filter New front shocks New Passenger side front brake caliper New front brake pads New passenger side rear floorpan New interior dome light New battery and grounding cables To my knowledge engine & transmission are unrebuilt originals. Previous owner (2nd owner) stated that it could probably use new valve seals. Car does use oil. Car is cold blooded, but starts up and runs great once warm. Recently there has been squealing which I believe is coming from power steering pump (which is the original). Transmission works fine, but has an issue while cold. Once car is started cold, it will go into reverse however no forward gear engages. After running a few minutes and is warm L,2, and Drive all engage fine. After this few minutes of warming up the trans shifts and drives perfectly. I did not mess with tearing it apart for this, I just always let it warm up first. This car gets driven semi-regularly. In the winter, while garaged, I started and let it run at least once every 2 weeks. I have driven it to school and work a few times this year. To be considered a safe daily driver, you will need to put on new tires and have an alignment done. (front end alignment/camber is off). The chrome trim around the wheel wells shown in the picture has been removed and discarded as it was corroded beyond use. The car's receipt lists the "Sports Sprint" option which includes a chrome plated air cleaner and the functional louvered hood scoops with turn signals. The car is being offered "as-is" with no warranty. Car's clear title is held by a local financier. Buyer will need to go with me to the office as payment will before title is released. Will need to be paid in verifiable funds (cash is best). The hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
