1979 Chevy Silverado 1500 4X4 Classic Street Truck !!!No Reserve!!! I am selling my 1979 chevy silverado. It is in great shape, it runs and drives excellent. I have owned the truck for the last 3 1/2 years and stuck a lot of money and time into it. It is lifted 6 inches with 35's. The motor is a small block 406 with less than 500 miles on it and many mods, and the tranny is a turbo 350 with a shift kit. the rear axle is a corporate 12 bolt and i believe the front axle is a dana 44. it has an np203 transfer case with the 2x4 conversion kit. the body is rust free except for a small spot behind the passenger rear tire that you can see in the pictures. It also has some scratches behind the passenger rear tire that have been touched up. The truck was completely restored by the previous owner. the interior is all original except for the carpet and headliner. there is a few rips in the drivers side of the seat which is also visible in the pictures. also there are two cracks in the dash which are also visible in the pictures. The tailgate has a shaved handle and a filler plate. The hood is a fiberglass cowl induction hood. the doors and fenders were new and the cab and box were from southern truck parts. it has dual 3" exhaust with flowmaster 40 series mufflers that dump right before the rear axle. it also has a tonneau cover. I have all paint codes. manual hub lockouts.
