Please enjoy the pictures and video of this classic American original. Exterior Bearing a solid chassis from the southern U.S., this clean shark enjoys new two stage lacquer paint buffed to a high gloss on a straight body with beautiful lines. New weather-strip throughout looks great and feels soft to the touch. The brand new tires rest on an originally optioned set of beautiful slotted aluminum wheels. The headlights and wipers are fully functional. The glass tops are clean for their age and show no cracks. Interior The reproduction carpet, seat covers, door panels, dash and steering wheel are all restored and looking beautiful. We also took the time necessary to clean and dye the seatbelts back to beautiful again. All of the gauges are functional and the new CD stereo looks sharp and sounds great with the new speakers. Elegant wood trim enhances the striking upgraded interior. The rear compartment doors are functional but do not work like new. Everything works except for the clock. The plastic gauge trim is intact but no longer appears like new and would require replacement to look as good as the rest of the car because this interior is cool, comfortable and clean. Mechanical The original size 350 cubic inch motor with late model tune port injection sits beautifully detailed in the motor compartment looking as sweet as she runs harnessed by the factory automatic transmission. Developing much more horsepower than issued from the factory, this shark is a sleeper that feels good behind the gas pedal. We just had the heads rebuilt with new valve stem seals and in that process spent an additional eight-hundred dollars on sensors and tune up parts alone to achieve the motor's peak preformance. The brakes have been rebuilt together with the emergency brake hardware to make everything functional. The water pump is new as are hoses and the belt. We have driven this Corvette over fifteen hundred miles in the last many months to bring her into her current state of exceptional beauty. Suspension components requiring attention were replaced as necessary. The A/C is complete and can be charged for the actual cost at the new owner’s optional expense. The brand new tires rest on an originally optioned set of beautifully polished slotted aluminum wheels. The headlights and wipers are fully functional.
