THIS CAR WILL TURN HEADS. It is FAST, TIGHT and a BLAST to DRIVE. Do not ask me about fuel economy,its got tripple webbers and the high performance monza exhaut system. I have done some nice things to this car over the years . In the interest of full disclosure,there are a few things that still need to be done. The horn does not work ,the blinkers can be intermittion and the heater hoses/ heater blower are not hooked up.I do not flip cars. This car has been a toy of mine and I do like to drive it fast and corner tight. If you want a putput car I suggest you take the carbs back to the two stromburgs. REASON FOR SELLING: I need to pay for a new roof on my house. Things that have been done to the car under my care: new clutch, pres. plate and Gunst throwout bearing(less than 2k miles ago) new rack and pinon steering, All new Suspension front and back. Everything I have bought for the car has come from the roadster factory. New top,top rubber and rebuilt the the top frame with new webbing. New brake maste cyl., new seat belt kit (holds you in tighter).New tube shock conversion kit for the rear (much nicer ride then original dampers). Oil pres. sending unit,new turn signal,and rebuilt slave cly. I do add oil from time to time. The oil presurse is good always staying between 75psi and 50. Compression is good and constant accross the board. If you pull the spark plugs you will see a nice burn on all of them. I have never had the valves reseated and have never had the head off. The car is 36 years old it is not perfect. The l.f. inside fender well has been replaced and the right side running board has been repalced. you have good shots of the underside of car.. I am not hiding any thing under a coat of flat black spray paint like. But I will say there is hardly any rust,certainly nothing of consquence. The car has a chip in the piant on the hood (bonnet) the size of a quarter(shown) a small dent in the right rear quarter panel(shown ,size of a quarter) and a and a small dent in the rear bumper (does not show up well in a photo or I would show it. Please do not bid on this car unless you are serious!
