1951 Chevy Truck Up for auction is a 5 window 1951 chevy truck . This truck is old school. It has the rear fender skirts.This truck runs and drives, we cruise around town in it and get plenty of thumbs up, everyone wants to look. This truck has a 6 cylinder 216 engine in it and it sounds good. Starts up real easy. This truck is a 3 speed on the tree. This truck is actually really solid for being almost 60 years old. The truck is painted black ( not the best paint job but it does shine. ) This truck has a cover over the bed. inside odf the bed is diamond plate and painted black. Its very solid. Drivers door has acrack in it ( bondo crack ). Passenger door would not stay closed so a sliding latch was added for safety. This Truck is not perfect by any means but thats how I like them, Old School Rat Rod style. The interior on this truck is where it needs the most work. The dash was painted red before I purchased it ( its a very bad job) so I started sandind it down to re spray it but im finding im just not haveing the time to finish it. I do have all the parts to put back togather and they are all in good condition. Missing trim around front window (outside). The seat is out of a newer truck fits good but a little dirty. Previous owner also did a homemade headliner and door pannels. all windows work, heat blows hot, guage works. All in all body on this truck is very straight. All lights work. Truck is currently registered. Comes with an origional set of 51 ohio historical plates ( not the best, but origional ). If your looking for a show car this is NOT it, This is a project you can drive as you build. Has a clear Ohio title. I would recomend looking at this truck before you bid.
