It is an Urban Head Turner that seats seven (7!) passengers DOT. The rear two person bench is removable if you want to haul like a pickup truck. You can take it on any trails you can take a comparable 4WD Rubicon, then switch back to 2WD and get back on paved roads. We have built several Jeep JK models and this is the first Jeep JL we have built out there. The rear axle is for braking and suspension. Since it is not a drive axle you are perfectly free to drive this vehicle on paved roads and highways in normal 2 wheel drive mode. There is no drive train bind like you would have in the other multi axle vehicles out there that do not have a full time front and rear axle differential like in AWD cars. The 6 wheel drive vehicles out there are recommended for off road or rainy weather use only. They have driveline bind that they push through on dry paved road conditions but they will eventually fail from wear. Everyone knows not to drive a 4WD on the highway unless it is in rainy conditions because grippy road conditions will cause drivetrain bind and failure. This Jeep doesn't suffer from those issues. Feel free to message me for any more info. Our parent business has been MANUFACTURING limousines for 20 years, so converting these Jeeps is right up our alley in terms of experience. Frank Figueroa
