2000 Honda F6C Valkyrie Tourer GL1500CT My loss is your gain. I need to sell my Valk’ (sniff, sniff). Why am I selling? Time to try a different kind of bike. This black/chrome Honda Valkyrie Tourer purrrrs like a kitten. I’ve owned many bikes, and this one stands out. Its six (6) cylinder horizontally opposed engine on rubber mounts is extremely smooth and quiet and each cylinder has its’ own carb’. The pick-up on this bike is nothing shy of amazing, unlike V-Twin cruiser brethren; the Valkyrie never requires a downshift for passing/accelerating and won’t buck at lower speeds. I can’t say enough about this vehicle it is a masterpiece of Honda engineering @ 715lbs it is lighter than twin cruisers. I have babied this vehicle. Doesn’t burn a drop of oil, only garage stored, and never idle for more than 2-3 weeks. I have a list of accessories and upgrades added if you're interested. AmSoil full synthetic oil/filter change every 4,000 miles or less, use only premium fuel, and full maint. records are available; ready to ride.
