Used 1998 Honda Accord LX 2.3 liter. Needs work. Starts up and runs fine but will not currently pass smog in Nevada. I have had a professional mechanic diagnose the problems with the car but cannot afford to have them repaired. Small oil leak, catalytic converter needs replacement (mechanic says not installed correctly. Missing a seal) and has an electrical issue with battery. I bought a new battery but something is draining the battery if the battery is left hooked up. New radio was installed before I purchased.
