Vehicle Detail
I have a nice restorable 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible. The frame is solid and it runs and drives but has not been on the road in years. This vehicle has the original drive train 350 Rocket/350 transmission, still starts up every time and shifts smoothly. It has many options including Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Sport Mirrors, Tilt Colum with Sport Wheel, Clock, Bucket Seats, Console and Floor Shifter, 15 inch Chrome Rally Wheels and Newer BF Goodrich tires (This also Includes a matching spare). The interior is very nice but the seats need to be recovered. The dash is clean, the wood grain and chrome is all intact, and the rug, door panels, and rear side panels all look good. The gauges work but the clock dose not. The original AM radio works but it was never re-hooked up after the aftermarket one was removed. Please look at the photos as this car will need to be restored. The top needs to be replaced and the switch needs to be connected. A new switch has already been installed but the wires were not. I have all the factory books, a very nice used front bumper and solid deck lid that will go with it. This vehicle is located in Ronkonkoma NY and will need to be towed to where ever you are. I can help with loading the vehicle. This is a no reserve auction!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A $1000.00 deposit via PayPal is due at time of auctions end and Balance is due before vehicle is picked up. vehicle needs to be picked up within 7 days of auctions end unless we come to an agreement or you could loose your deposit. I have the right to end the auction early as the vehicle is being sold locally. Feel free to ask me any questions.................I also have video footage of me starting and driving the vehicle tis week. I have restored many muscle cars and had plans on making this a 442 clone but fell into another project. This is a very good starting point to do such a thing. In NY state vehicles from 1972 or older come with a transferable regi - No titles. So I will supply that with a bill of sale at time of pick up.
