Prior to 2005, Porsche had not offered a Turbo S. In 2005 only 186 Turbo S coupes were built for the US market. Even more limited were Turbo S coupes with a 6-speed gearbox. The Turbo S came standard with the X50 Performance Engine Package that produced 450hp. It also came standard with Porsche Carbon Ceramic Brakes (PCCB), Full Leather Interior, and Premium Sound. With a window sticker price of just under $150,000.00, the Turbo S was the Flagship Turbo for the 996 lineup. This 2005 Porsche 911 Turbo S is finished in black over black full leather and was sold new in Beverly Hills, California. It spent time in Washington State. The twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter flat-six sends power to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. As one of 186 Turbo S coupes reportedly produced for the US market during the single production year, this example was factory-optioned with the X50 performance package as well as heated seats, aluminum trim, and a thicker steering wheel. A fluid service was recently performed, and just over 59k miles are shown on the odometer. This 996 Turbo S is now being offered in Tennessee with an option sheet, a DME report, a Carfax report, and a clear Washington title.
