Vehicle Description Wholesale to the Public! Offered for sale is this beautiful example of the elegant and beautifully built M139 Quattroporte from Maserati, a 2005 model with low miles and the Executive GT rear seat package. This clean local trade looks, runs, and drives very well - please see the video for an in-depth tour and test drive. Generally speaking, these cars are not in our wheelhouse, and it is a vehicle I would tend to take to the auction - but the auction fees are getting larger, and we thought it would be interesting to run it on eBay at a $100 opener with no reserve, which could benefit both buyer and seller. This car is in very good cosmetic and mechanical condition, and far better, with lower miles, then some of the basket case Maseratis you see out there. The buttons are not sticky, the F1 transmission shifts well, and the electrical system is operating properly - again, please watch the video to know this car. It has a clean CarFax that shows a strong service history, and could be used as a daily driver. There are some minor issues that one would have to address to make the car perfect. The LCD screen in the console is washed out and difficult to read - however, the screen can be purchased for $22 on Amazon, and installed by removing and disassembling the cluster. Additionally, it gives an adaptive headlight warning for the xenon system, though the lights come on and level properly - our computer only had intermittent contact with the light system, meaning it probably needs a new light control module to make the warning go away. Otherwise, one can ignore the warning and just use the lights as normal. Also, we do not have the books, and thus the radio code, for the infotainment system. This can be acquired from a Maserati dealer, or the radio can be removed to see the serial number, and a web service will provide the code for under $20. Our computer was able to check the drivetrain for basic functions, and came back with a clean bill of health - the engine is running very well, and the F1 transmission engages each gear normally. We do not have a Maserati computer that allows us to check clutch wear, so if you want that number you will have to make an appointment at the dealer and pay for a PPI (we are happy to transport the car there for you). Also, the rear trays need new little struts, as they dont stay up, and the tires are good but nearing time for replacement. All in all, this is a very pure and unmolested example, runs and drives great, and is ready for someone to enjoy it.
