Pics tell the story: I bought this to restore and found something my wife likes more. Go figure. This is a lot of boat at only 23' in length -- there is so much room most people think it is a 25'. Lots of freeboard and very stable deep v hull design. The sponsons, as Chrysler Marine called them, increase stability. Lots of back deck for fishing. Hull and sole and decks are sound. No scrapes or gouges in hull but some typical cracking in upper cabin gel coat. Nothing major. There is a hatch which folds open at the front and can be seen resting on upper cabin; it closes and seals fine. I have the table that sits on a pedestal between the vee birth. I have not run the engines -- carbs will need to be rebuilt at a minimum, engines do turn over with clear oil that is not milky. They appear to have been rebuilt at some point as they are blue and not red in color. Twin Volvo B20 with 270 Volvo Penta outdrives - very economical to run and you have the security of redundancy. Outdrives also have clear and not milky fluids. Perfect boat for the Chrysler Plymouth Dodge Desoto Mopar collector. Cool as all hell Hydro-Vee hull is very stable. EZ Loader trailer. I have titles for both, currently registered, and up to date. No back fees for California buyers. This is a California freshwater Delta boat but does have some hardware corrosion. Engines are clean inside and out and not crusty from salt. EZ Loader trailer has paint peel-off and surface rust but no rust through. Bearings are good as I trailered it home 100 miles without problems. Will probably need tires for longer hauls but are good for now. Price is $999 -- I have more in it. I will sell the boat and trailer less the engines and outdrives for $500 as I have these same in another boat and can use the extra parts. In other words: buy it for $500, I pull engines and outdrives, and you get the boat and trailer. That way you can put your 318 pair in for full Mopar power. I'd love to keep this unique and sexy boat but need to move it on to someone that will restore her as she deserves. The space ship styling can't be denied and gets lots of attention.
