1969 Honda Z50. A replica of the Joe Sarkee's (Broadway St., Sacramento, CA.) 1969/70 Christmas Motor Cycle !! Brakes/wheels/tires...new !!!Engine has new upper end (valves set) , new chain, chain guard , sprockets, carb, air cleaner, cables, fork tubes , fork rubber sliders , handle bars, ,throttle and levers. Seat , fenders are new, unused also. I cleaned out clutch and shifts fine...got ALL the gunk out of engine, cleaned oil strainer,replaced right side (clutch side) gasket and added a coil/CDI ignition...NO points (yaaay !!). Wiring is there for lights 6 or 12 Volt lights, if you want.Frame, front end and gas tank are powder coated. Frame, front end and engine lower end is ORIGINAL....This is lookin' good for a 49 year old putt.CDI will knock you down...great spark ! Unmolested frame. No oil no gas ; shipping will NOT allow. You must find a shipper or pick up in Reno, NV. I will deliver , for free, to Greater Sacramento ,CA., area. Run the trails, impress the folk in Havasu or Branson, use it as a parts chaser at the race track...have fun...!!! One last note.....I come from a HUGE family and all of these listed machines were used by kids, their hoodlum friends, nieces , nephews, cousins and grandchildren....these motos run from 1967 (long sold) through 1974. NO bent frames and no BENT forks, if they were cracked or bent...tossed. Tanks are aftermarket unless noted as original, as are seats . These were used on farm, hunting as scout machines and toys at the race track and on the beach. When done with with they sat....for years. The family ate 'em up...soooo much fun ! The worst damage were tanks and headlights.....most headlight brackets were sawn off and fork tubes ground smooth...You can, if you have the smarts to do it, rig lights. I use CDI systems that use NO batteries and wiring is there for lights. There are three or four early 1969/70 models with NO tailights or headlights. Research your motos folks.
