Great project car for someone who wants to modify it. Engine broke a rod due to a factory defect that plagued a lot of 2015 2.0T engines, but the car hasn't been modified or raced. Everything was in really good shape before the rod decided to crack, and when it started making noise, the car was idling in my driveway before I went to work, so I just parked it right then and it hasn't moved since. That was back in March, but I regularly check the tire pressure and keep the battery charged once a month. Title has been rebuilt because the car was claimed along with every car on the lot during a flood, however, I have the bill of sale that says the flood water never got into the car itself, but it was on the lot that got flooded so they claimed all their cars under the insurance. Now for the good; car has been well maintained and has aftermarket wide and lightweight wheels with 265/35/18. I believe the wheel brand is MB. Car also has the better handling suspension that you can order from the factory, HID headlights, and a nice spoiler put on at the dealership when it was new. 6 speed manual. Car was never raced or launched hard so clutch and transmission are in good shape. Car can be driven onto a trailer for shipping. Still has the new car smell. Everything works well and as it should, other than the engine. On Oct-27-18 at 06:07:39 PDT, seller added the following information: Would prefer to get the lump sum in PayPal but will also accept a cashiers check or cash. Car won't be given to buyer, or shipped, until full amount of price is received. Cashier's check most go to my bank first to see it it's legit before picking the car up. Car is bring sold as is .
