1982 Triumph TSX The TSX is a very special bike for any Triumph collector. This is a local garage find that has been parked since 1986. This is a California bike that migrated to TN with its original owner. The TSX is the height of development of the classic Triumph twin. It is one of the only electric start twins the original Triumph corporation made. This is a low mileage example of a very low production vintage Triumph. This bike is farm fresh, and hasn't even been cleaned. I have a clean and clear Tennessee title in my name. The bike still has the original owner's "lucky" quarter taped to the tool tray. These bikes have some parts specific to only to the TSX model and they are all here. The only modification seems to be the addition of a backrest. The engine turns over with good compression. The gas cap lock, and subsequently the cap, is stuck. The original owner applied a lubricant to the cap which unfortunately was left on the tank and peeled the original tank graphic on the left side.
