Up for sale is a beautiful 1965 Ford F100 pickup. This is the first year of the twin beam front end. It's has a strong 300 inline 6cyl. engine bolted to a "3 on the tree" manual transmission. 63,309 original miles. I am the third owner. The first two were a father and son here in Kansas. This truck was repainted and reupholstered at one point, but I don't know when exactly. The paint is nice but not perfect. I have done quite a bit of work on it since I bought it. New brake cylinders, shoes, drums, dual reservoir master cylinder, added a brake booster, vacuum reservoir, new brake lines. All 4 shocks were replaced. New Daytona single barrel carburetor and air filter. Replaced points with Pertronix electronic ignition and replaced regulator with an electronic unit, new plug wires and plugs. New Flex-a-lite fan blade and Champion aluminum radiator. New water pump. New tires all around. Installed a Vintage Air Sure Fit heating and air conditioning unit. Other small parts replaced. Notice there is a small amount of rust on the tailgate. I have a different tailgate to replace it, but it will need to be painted. Truck drives great, and the ice cold a/c is awesome in the Kansas heat! Not interested in trades. Thanks for looking. Good Luck! This truck is for sale locally and may be pulled early.
