2009 Ford Mustang Convertible – 45th Anniversary Edition My Daily Driver is up for Auction! I love it so much I am buying a new Mustang Convertible. This is an eternal classic. Rear wheel drive, powerful, throaty V-6, 4-wheel disk ABS… And LOTS of headroom. A standard trim level, 45th Anniversary Badged convertible, candy red, with tan leather interior. 148,000 miles. Body has a very few scratches and dings, as is typical, but it looks very respectable. Front bumper has a patch of missing paint and needs a little filler and touch-up. Used to have decal stripe down the center that covered this. When they looked faded I had Spyder Grafix remove them and have not yet picked a replacement striping. Top works great, as it is less than two years old. Upgraded to Cloth and professional install at Claude & Greg's Trim Shop. The KBB Value for very good condition is shown below. Likewise, even if you use the grade ‘good’ you can see the value.I drive this year-round, so I purchased a second set of wheels and tires for winter. Steel with Blizzak tires (215-65R16) keep the aluminum rims salt free and get even better winter traction. Both sets go with this car and as they are all from Discount tire – include lifetime rotation, balancing, and winter change-over. This vehicle has had no need for shop visits, other than the Takata airbag recall. The drivers was replaced and the passenger’s is finally available in this region – just need to go by any Ford dealer (I recommend Community) to have it swapped out. I have kept all maintenance performed – 100% full synthetic oil and have serviced fluids on schedule. I purchased this car 8/29/14 with 87847 miles for $12,992. I have put four years and 60,000 miles of easy commuting on it. · spark plugs at 90,000 miles (auto lite platinum) · brake pads with premium ceramics and turned and refinished the front rotors (at 120,000 miles)· cabin air (146,000 miles) and engine air filters (147,000 miles)· battery – recent - Interstate Summarizing the needs: Needs: · None, immediately· Possibly ready for spark plugs I would put this car as ‘good’ to ‘very good’ in KBB which puts it at a range of $ 4,500 - $7,500, private party, without considering the second set of tires and the new top.
