Vehicle Detail
This is a great, well maintained truck! I purchased it out of KY from the 2nd owner, the first owner was this gentleman's uncle. They did a great job of maintaining the truck and only used factory parts for their service. Here is a list of the recently maintained/updated items: - NV4500 was rebuilt/upgraded by Standard Transmission in TX- Clutch & Flywheel was replaced with a Valair 13" organic clutch and flywheel rated at 400HP- Luke Links were installed on all of the steering joints, this thing drives down the road really well.- New tires, they are still at about 80% or better tread life. When I got the truck, I wanted to make it a more comfortable driver, so I did the following: - Replaced the headliner- Replaced the driver and passenger seat foam- Purchased Neoprene seat covers for the whole truck, the previous owner had seat covers on the seats but they were old . . . the seat fabric is in great shape, no rips, tears, or holes. To address the drive-ability, I addressed the following: - Rebuilt 5x12 injectors- 3k governor spring kit to replace the worn out factory springs- AFC Live was installed to ensure the pump was tuned to run efficient and smoke free on the road- Replaced the headlight buckets because the factory ones were yellowed and cloudy- Replaced the headlight bulbs with LED bulbs- Installed an upgraded mechanical fuel pump, fuel pressure gauge, and sump in the fuel tank. These trucks will start sucking air in the fuel system as the lines age, it can be difficult to eliminate and running new lines is often times the best/easiest solution.- Last week I replaced the alternator, serpentine belt, and tensioner Additionally, I have some spare parts that will come with the truck (extra injectors, injector tools, electrical switches, etc). This truck has been my daily driver all summer, it has run great the whole time. My wife and I were planning to purchase a piece of property and were going to need a truck for the move and building on the property. Our plans have since changed and I no longer need the truck. I will not set up shipping, but, within reason, I will work with a shipping company you have set up. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I do have this for sale locally so I may end the auction early if it sells locally.
