1971 Honda CB 750 K1 build date 1/71. I bought this at a garage sale 7 years ago and never did anything with it. New Jersey title signed not dated. Serial number on title matches the frame. Frame is stock with all tabs. Engine turns with kick starter. The seat is in nice shape no rips. Does not run. A lot of the wiring has been unplugged and left hanging. Some fin damage on the head (see pictures). The rear tire goes flat after a few minutes.
