Hello, Here is a beautiful 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. This is my car, I am selling to make room in my garage for something new. I am the third owner since it was originally sold in 1979. This is a very nice, solid, original Trans Am. This car has just over 74 original miles. This is a beautiful T/A survivor! This Trans Am has a numbers matching 403ci 6.6 L V8 engine, with Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Air Conditioning, T-Tops, WS7 Special Handling Package, 15” original Factory Alloy Snowflake Wheels, B/F Goodrich Radial T/A Tires, code 19 Starlight Black exterior paint, Gold Decal Package, Color Keyed Sports Mirrors, Shaker Hood, Rear Deck Spoiler, Factory Original Black Hobnail Interior, Center Console, Tilt Wheel. I have the original Build Sheet and all original paperwork and owner’s books! Recent checkup, Tune-up. Etc. The engine runs great and the transmission shifts smoothly. Steers and stops very well. Take your hands off the wheel, and this Trans Am drives very straight down the road with no drift, pulling, noises or unusual vibrations. All of the gauges work, original radio works (although I do not have the CB Radio microphone or antenna) The clock works, factory tachometer operates perfectly and the A/C is COLD. A pleasure to drive! Not many around with this many options! This Trans Am was originally manufactured by Pontiac at the Van Nuys California plant, and sold in Georgia. It has been very well cared for since new. This Trans Am is a good original car that has been garage kept original. The title is verified actual miles, obviously this Trans Am has been driven sparingly in the past 39 years. Although the exterior paint is absolutely beautiful, deep and dark mirror like shine, it does have minor scratches, some checking and blemishes, but NO RUST ISSUES to worry about. Sadly, there is one small crack in the dash, see pictures. The undercarriage shows no repairs, all body seams are original, clean and straight under the car, perfect floor pans. The engine compartment and trunk compartments are very clean and have never been painted or touched up. I have the original jack and space saver spare tire. I also have the original Fisher T-Top storage bags. Looks great at the shows and great at any cruise-in! Everyone will comment on this Trans Am. Please see the photos and ask what questions you have.
