For sale is 1980 Suzuki PE250 dual sport dirt bike. I am the third owner of the bike and bought it from the previous owner who had it since 1991. The bike is all original and runs excellent. It has good compression and all the gears shift as they should and the clutch is strong. The motor has not been bored out and is original as well. Usually starts in the first 2 to 4 kicks and idles wonderfully. No plastics are cracked and the seat only has a minor split in the rear corner. Bike has an odometer but it is only a trip meter so mileage is unknown. I have used it to run around our farm and go small distances between our different farms. It has not been ridden hard or raced. The one side of the gas tank is missing a decal but that can be replaced. Overall it is in wonderful running condition and could restored to collectable or showroom condition easily. It is premix 2 cycle and I mix it at the ratio of 32:1 or 40:1. Just did a recent tune up that included a carburetor cleaning, a Uni High performance air filter, a new spark plug, and new fuel line with filter. It is also important to note that the bike has the front sprocket cover intact and the rear swing arm has no crack both of which are common breakages on these bikes. The front light also works and has a functioning dimmer switch. The bike is tight and is far from being worn out.
