You are bidding on a completely stock, un cut, non modified, very original 1971 VW Super Beetle. Car has zero rust. It's a California car born and raised. Has had the battery tray replaced, other than that, stock as produced. Car has a great running , freshly tuned up and rebuilt 1600 motor, rebuilt carb, new clutch, nice shifting 4 speed manual, new belt, new wires, cap, rotor, plugs, valves adjusted, she sings like a machine. Car has had a fresh amatuer re spray, looks good but not show quality, new bumpers, new battery, new door cards, seats are original and in great shape for their age, headliner has a few tears. New front windshield , new running boards, good tires, new fender welting, new rubber gaskets / seals in lights and trim. Car starts right up every time and goes down the road like a VW should. She also has new front end ball joints and a completely new brake system, master, lines, shoes and Serviced wheel bearings. Nice body, good bright work, fun little time capsule. Car carries a salvage or re built CA title that was issued almost 20 years ago. I don't know why it was issued as I am not the original owner. Car is licensed and titled in my name.
