1974 Honda XR

1974 Honda XR75, Gray, rad as hell, auction style where highest bid wins. Anyone that has ever ridden an XR75 knows the only two things in life that you can't kill are taxes and HondasXR75's. I ain't gong to candy coat this: My three brothers and I grew up riding the hell out of this thing (owned this sweet ride since the late 70's). If you think this thing saw a pampered garage in the city you're sorely mistaken. We slid, wheelied, wrecked, cussed, and jumped the snot out of this thing. She never quit. My first stitches? Hello Honda XR75. We eventually just grew up and forget how rad a machine this thing was, reminiscing actually makes me want to put on my helmet and rip through my neighbors back yard while howling AC/DC's Highway to Hell at the top of my lungs. At any rate it is at my fathers place and we recently moved him into assisted living. We need to clear out his property to take care of him. The XR is in Crestline, Ca. I live in Chicago. My older brother Scott will handle the transaction, show, etc as he lives close to Crestline. Best offer takes this sweet thing home. I'm not sure if it's still running but can tell you the compression is still good, it's just sat since the 90's. Unlike government this thing probably still works. It'd sure be sweet to see her go to a home and get restored so that the next generation could setup jumps in the middle of the street and terrorize the neighbors, earn their first scars. Kids these days sure could use a good dose of puttin' down the iPad and raising some hell, I tell you what. So put that damn iPad screen down and consider this your hell raising starter kit. 'Murica: Land of the Free Home of The You Better Have Your Damn Title Because Everything Needs to be Registered and Regulated blah blah blah, etc etc. This will probably be really important if you live in Commiefornia. Anyways, if you are worried about The Man getting you down over a magical piece of paper that actually grants you the right to be free and taxed (see what i did there?), the title is available (a number of people asked).
