Family owned 1999 DeVille with just less than 59,000 miles. Exhibits Northstar head gasket issue at this low mileage. Will run for an hour and overheats, there is exhaust gas going into coolant for sure. Unusual for such low miles, but it is almost 20 yrs old. This problem developed in Feb of this year and car has recent brakes and tires. Definitely worth fixing because of miles and condition, see pics. This car starts and drives, no coolant is in oil, engine runs smooth without noise even when 230 degrees. There is no magic fix in a bottle for these cars...has to be re threaded in block for head bolts to keep torque - do the research. This car is in exceptional in condition, just minor paint touchups on mirrors and bumper corners. Heated seats, fully optioned, ac blows ice cold etc. Roadster roof is perfect. Has aftermarket billet grille. This car was always garaged. There are 3 small dents in hood - see pic - but because it's white, it's not obvious. These last year tailfin Caddys are unique, but all need the repair even if low mileage - here is the proof. I can't do the repair at home, the engine should be removed, or I would fix it.
