1959 GMC Model 100 Pick up For Sale Selling our GMC, was told it was purchased new from Shasta Lake Forestry division and used as county truck. The original green paint is visible wear blue paint is faded from the sun. Have maintenance papers from the time we've had it and also from the two owners before us. Truck runs and drives around town and property as it should. Stays cool at 170-180 degrees on the hot days. 235 in-line 6 cylinder with original 3 speed transmission on the column40lbs oil pressure on all cylinders 12 volt with newer AlternatorElectric fuel pumpHas older exhaust on it but has another exhaust from our other 57 that will bolt right up Paint is old with couple dings but still has good look. Body in nice shape for its age, only major cracking of skim coat bondo on driver side rear fender. Rest of body, floors, steps, door hinge pockets all solid. Driver side cab corner nice and passenger side has little bubbling spots of rust. Wood in bed is old/ original but still strong Frame all originalSuspension originalStock brakes, drums front and rear. Pedal is little soft but still works fine.
