Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Thanks for looking at my 1978 Trans Am Special Edition Y88 I have an excellent condition, numbers matching 1978 Trans Am Y88 Special Edition. It is a one year only special edition gold car. The vehicle was a Van Nuys, CA Build. This special edition came in Solar Gold and has gold snowflake wheels. In addition, the Y88 has a gold dash, color matched steering column and gold glass T-Tops. In addition, the window trim and tail lamps trim was all black. This is a 57k mile Rust free example. The car began in South Carolina and was sold at one point by Volo Auto Museum in IL. The Trans Am has had one high quality repaint and new decals were applied. The previous owner chose to clear coat over the hood bird and it looks fantastic. At some point in previous ownership the car was undercoated. It looks excellent and there is no evidence of rust under the vehicle. The car needs nothing. Everything functions as it should and the A/C blows cold. It had a tune up last summer. I like this Y88 Gold Special Edition as it is more rare than the Bandit Car. I have two sets of OEM Rims that accompany the car. The 15x7 Snowflakes as well as the restored OEM gold wheels which are pictured on the car. I also have a custom California Car Cover in Evolution 4 fabric that will accompany the car.
