Hi! Thanks for looking at my listing. I have been an ebay member for almost 20 years, look at my feedback, because you have no worries dealing with me. I am professional in all I do. If this car is purchased AND completely paid for by Sunday 7/15/18 I will also include a brand new double din radio, still in the box that I never got around to installing in this car. Must complete sale by Sunday 7/15/18 to get the free radio! Now, I reserve the right to correct any typos found, or to end this listing at anytime, because the car is listed locally. This car was listed around 8 months ago as an auction but those people that make ebay a bad place (non paying buyers) never paid, or replied, so I took the item off ebay. You are free to come look at this car, or have your mechanic come check the car, before buying. I will list as much about this car as I can think of, but I am not a mechanic and I am only giving an opinion. This is not a new car and you should not expect it to drive as if it was new. Now on to the details. This is a company owned daily driver (50 miles per day) to the city. I own the car and the company. The car has 207659 miles on it, but that will continue to change, as the car is still a daily driver cummuter car. This car has paint chips, scratches, dings, paint peeling, cracks, etc. on it, as it is a 2008 car. This inside has chips, fading, marks, etc. on it, etc., as it is a 2008 car. The car cleans up pretty well for a 2008 car. The original passion spoke wheels got bent over time, so I replaced them with steel wheels, which are in great shape. The car comes with a full size spoke spare and spare tire cover that was one of the original passion wheels. (see hatch pick) Car also has wheel locks, and will come with a small jack Not pictured, but I will include with the auction is a car cover and a double din new radio face plate that was never used. I never got around to installing the new radio, so the plate sat in my garage. The factory radio has the aux option to play music from mobile device, but, my phone fell one day and pulled the cord, so it doesn't sound correct while in aux mode anymore. It sounds like it just needs a new wire, but, I will confirm this over the next few days, as I will buy a new aux cord to test. Radio plays cds, and the radio fine. Heat is hot, air is cold. Car needs an alignment, as it needs some suspension parts, but again this is driven daily, even while it is bumpy ride. The car shifts perfectly while in manual mode, which is how I drive it daily, but when in automated mode it does not shift properly and will toggle back and fourth between high and low gears. Again, this is ONLY while driving in auto mode. While driving in manual mode (paddle mode, or shift knob) it shifts perfectly. I'm told it needs clutch work and that is why it shifts funny while in auto mode. I replaced the clutch actuator about a year ago. The car has about year old tires, a new alternator that was installed by Mercedes, and it also has a year old muffler. The car also had new break lines installed. I upgraded my company vehicle, so this one has to go now. The car has heated leather seats that heat quickly. This would be a great commuter car, or car for a person in a big city, as the parking ability and gas mileage is super. I did not see any wheel scrapes, or curb rash when I looked. Paint is peeling badly on service flap (hood) that is around a $175 item to replace with Mercedes if it bothers you. I didn't care about the peeling paint, because it didn't affect the driving, so I never replaced the hood. Look at the pictures, ask any questions, come see car if you like. The price is firm and the car is as is. When I placed this listing the first time, about 8 months ago the car had around 180k or so on it, so you can see it is driven regularly. Thanks for looking.
