Selling my 2003 Saab 9-3 Vector 6speed manual. Clean Vermont title. Was my daily driver until the other day it wouldn't shift into/out of gears easily. I had the car towed home and haven't driven it since. Something is going on with the transmission. it seems like the shift gates are out of alignment. It will start up no problem and can go into 3rd, 4th 5th and 6th. the throwout bearing is making a faint whirring noise when the car is running and the clutch is not engaged. Usual small body scratches and dings typical for the age of the vehicle, it is missing the last muffler/tailpipe so it is slightly louder than stock. The interior is in nice shape, the leather on the drivers seat shows some wear and same usual wear on some of the dash/radio buttons. A/C could use a recharge but works. Recent maintenance done: -Drivers side axle-Front and rear suspension replaced-E-Brake cable-transmissions mounts-Power steering line -Transmission fluid from the dealer-recent oil change (Again motor runs good) Most recent work done on it includes new inner tie rod and tie rod end on the drivers side and it needs an alignment as a result. it does have a check engine light on the code says (Secondary Air pump.)it also needs headlight leveling sensor which shows a warning on the center display when you start the car. Has the vector rims ( they do have rash, shown in photos but could easily be cleaned up). The Vector/Aero front lip is in good shape as is the fold out passenger cup holder which are both usually broken. Could be revived if you're mechanically inclined, could be an easy fix or could need a transmission or transmission rebuild of some kind. The car will need to be towedI have purchased a new car.
