Yes, this is a Grand AM, not a Grand Prix...I have one of those too. This is a rare car. It is in the A/G body family; the same as it’s cousins Malibu, Grand Prix, Cutlass, Monte Carlo, El Camino, and Regal. My understanding is that the Grand Am was only produced (in this body style) from 1978-80. The 1978 was the only year to receive the cool silver face gauges. I bought this car with the intention of restoring it, but I have too many other projects going on (story of my life). It’s not been on the road for many years, and has the typical G-body rust in what’s left of the frame rails behind the rear wheels. I’ll get more pics on request...my garage is pretty full at the moment. It has a Pontiac 301, and some of the motor parts are hiding in the trunk. The seats are not original and I’m not sure what they are out of. I've only had the car for a few months and haven't had the time to do anything with it except move it around the garage. I'm going to be moving the end of July and it needs to be gone by then. I'm willing to hold it until then. The car does not run, so it will need to be loaded onto a trailer...preferably one with a winch (that's how I loaded it the last two times). I have no other way to help load. This is a no reserve auction. The car is listed locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early if my price is met locally.
