Vehicle Detail
This was my first car. I bought it used in 1993 and it has stayed in my family, in a garage, as a project/toy car ever since that time. Unfortunately, the time has come to let someone else take care of her. I have been dealing with ongoing personal health problems which has now put me into a position where I don’t have the means or the ability to take care of the old girl like I should. I will be sad to see her go but it is time. With a little tender, love, and care you will have one hell of a nice Camaro with only 50,686 miles! Originally a Berlinetta Model (6 cylinder) – Original manual included with sale She is a sleeper because she doesn’t have all the extra Z-28 scoops, flares and louvers. It keeps her weight down and she’ll run right with them. Now a 307 engine bored out to a 327 Accel Supercoil ignition B&M Shift Kit and Ratchet Shifter Aluminum Oversize Fan Holley 4 Barrel Carb (600 or 650 – I don’t remember exactly) Aftermarket Headers (Exhaust Manifold included in sale.) New Door Panels (Extra Set Included) New Headliner kit included with sale American Racing Wheels (Original steel wheels with beauty rings and center caps included with sale) Engine dress up kit (Needs some buffing) Other extra parts included as well It is not inspected and it currently does not start. It has been sitting in a garage for about 6 years. It will need a battery and a radiator. There is no spark when cranked. I believe the problem is the distributor however I am not positive since I have not torn it apart and I am not guaranteeing it in any way. It is being sold AS IS. The interior is in decent shape for a car of its age. The Speedometer needle is a little bent because I buried it and she kept asking for more. The Speedometer goes to 130mph, so you know she is faster than that! The plastic in the rear is beginning to dry rot. The exterior and frame are both solid with a few blemishes here and there. All in all, it has a solid foundation for a restoration, toy or project. As I stated, this is being sold AS IS. There is no warranty. Buyer is responsible for the loading and transport of the vehicle. It must be either trailered or flatbed towed away. I will not ship.
