This Jeep has been my daily driver for the last year. It has 138k miles currently. There is no rust in the rockers or floors - the paint is in decent shape with some clear coat blisters on the roof. Since I bought it last July I have done the following: New Good Year tires, 4 KYB shocks, tie rod ends, steering damper, center link, front end alignment, trans mount, replaced fluids in both axles, trans and transfer case, new headliner, door checks, fog lights, hood blackout, 4 new speakers, rear brakes including new drums, belt, filters, etc. I've put about 10k trouble-free miles over the last year. The 4x4 works great and the A/C is fully operational. It's been babied and garaged during my ownership. It's 20 years old, so there are a few dings and Jeep squeaks here and there, but it tracks great and goes down the road beautifully. Great start to a custom or first vehicle. I just inherited another truck, so the Jeep is up for sale
