The introduction of the Mustang created a new class of automobile known as the pony car. The Mustang's styling, with its long hood and short deck, proved wildly popular and inspired a host of competition. Mechanical Up for sale is a very original, two owner 1968 Ford Mustang sport coupe. The car is equipped with 289 V8 and C4 Auto transmission, both in very healthy condition. The engine compartment is very original and complete. The VIN number matches the title as well as front VIN and door tag. The car has factory power steering and the steering is very tight with no play. Car runs and drives great. Exterior The car has a very straight and clean body. The trunk area is clean with no rust present. The undercarriage is very clean with some surface imperfections, nothing major. Overall great looking car for its age. Interior The interior looks very presentable and complete. All the gauges, lights, radio, blinkers seem to work with no issues.
