This is a 1964 Honda CB77. This bike was completely rebuilt with no expense spared. The idea behind the build was to have a custom, but not lose the spirit of how it was originally designed. It was completed last year and has about 200 miles on it since it was finished. The top end of the engine was rebuilt with 4th over pistons, a new cam chain and tensioner, and the head was inspected and freshened up. The carbs were rebuilt with new Keihin jets. All of the aluminum parts were vapor blasted. The frame and most of the black parts are powder coated, the paint was professionally done, fenders satin black and the green is british racing green. All of the chrome was redone. The electrics were upgraded with a regulator/rectifier combo, electronic ignition, LED light bulbs and an HID headlight. Every piece of rubber on the bike was replaced with new. The front fender is from a CB160. The seat is custom made on a modified stock seat pan, so it mounts using the stock hardware. The frame has not been cut or modified. The exhaust is from a CL77 and has professionally ceramic coated. The gas tank was cleaned out and coated with Caswell, the petcock was rebuilt with a Honda rebuild kit. The tires are Avon Roadriders, new at the time of the rebuild, so only a year old. Both wheels have new bearings and the steering bearings a new tapered roller bearings. Ikon provided custom made fork springs specifically for this bike. The rear shocks are made by Hagon, also custom for this bike. The bike is now like new and runs and rides perfectly. I put over $11k into the build. This is opportunity to get a very well built bike for far less than the price to build it. I am a motivated seller, all resonable offers will be considered. I have a clean title in my name. While I have described the bike to the best of my abilities, I am not a professional mechanic. Therefore, this listing is subject to inadvertent errors and omissions.
