This beautiful BJ40 was painted with one of the best color combos a Toyota classic can have. Painted gun metal with a traditional black leather interior, custom bucket seats and soft top. It is a 3.0 liter with a displacement of 2,977cc inline 4. Fueled by diesel with an average MPG of 30 miles to the gallon! This truck has the 4 speed manual transmission. It was not until 1985 Toyota changed to the 5 speed with the newer 70 series trucks. This is one of the early year 40 series cruisers having the highly desirable stronger metal alloy body that lasts longer and is less prone to rust. Restored with a diesel engine overhaul conversion.
