Vehicle Detail
Complete, professional restoration. It is a beautiful white over gray with Gold pin striping. Excellent paint job. There is a small nick on the rear fender. Maybe a 1/4 by 1/4 missing chip of white paint. No scratches or nicks in any of the tins. There is a small dent on the left muffler, it is from the main, center stand. Bike rides and tracks well. Tires are excellent. Takes corners like a Triumph, not a shopping cart. This is a nice Triumph and should be ridden. Any questions, please contact me. The tool tray and after market kit are in the left hand or "Port side" tin. All of the electrics work. Horn, lights function as they should. I just installed a new battery. Old school acid based battery, Tach and Speedo work like new. Again, a very nice TR6R. I have reduced the original asking price. Hopefully this will garner some interest and bids. On May-29-18 at 10:59:39 PDT, seller added the following information: I reserve the right to end this auction early as the bike is listed locally and on cycle trader. On Jun-03-18 at 08:55:56 PDT, seller added the following information: I have all the original receipts and description of the new parts and the rebuild completed by Baxter cycle. I realize by not listing a couple hundred items done to this old girl, some think it is a cobbed together thumper. IT is a professional, expensive re-build. Most , if not all replacement parts are original British parts. Dunlop wheels. Re-spoked. BRITISH. Not a cheap knock off. If you have legitimate, intelligent questions, ask. Do not assume anything. I have an interested local, but I will honor the time frame of the auction. On Jun-03-18 at 17:40:19 PDT, seller added the following information: Receipts add up to $4,964.19. No expense spared. Like I said, new everything. On Jun-04-18 at 17:07:31 PDT, seller added the following information: Engine and frame are matching numbers. On Jun-06-18 at 06:09:59 PDT, seller added the following information: As requested, I added four pictures of the bike from a different angle. The reason for the shot of the tank is too show the depth and beauty of the white paint job. Again, this is a spectacular Thumper.
