This 2000 Volvo S70 is up for sale. She does have quite a few issues but is appropriate considering the age and mileage of the vehicle. She's 18 years old, has over 200,000 miles on it and runs like a champ. I've never had any problems with how the engine runs and it sounds/runs the same now as it did 9 years ago when I bought it. It only had 55k at that time so i have been the primary owner. 2 owner car. Issues:The SRS light is on and has been for several years. I did bring it in to the Volvo dealership who had 3 journeyman workers looking at it for 16 hours over 4 days, they said there wasn't anything wrong. I can provide records showing as such upon request. This does result in the check engine light also coming on approximately every 2,000 miles. The check engine light stays on for 3 key starts and then is off. It has acted consistently in this manner since the SRS light issue first started. I recently had 2 incidents resulting in cosmetic damage. The car does have a salvage title.With the first, I drove over some loose gravel and fine sand and slid into a guard rail. I didn't hit it with any force but rubbing against it did cause some cosmetic damage to the bumper. With the second, the car was parked and a van backed into it. I have had it looked at by a body shop and have been told the front driver's side fender needs replacement and paint. They couldn't guarantee there wasn't additional damage under the fender The tires need to be replacedThe driver's seatbelt sticks in a weird way - i have lubed with wd40 to get by but definitely needs serviceThis car has been smoked in like a chimneyThe trunk key cover has broken off but I do have the part.The power antenna sticks but I have a brand new replacement part included with the carSpray can of volvo paint code includedThe struts and strut mounts are in very need of repairThe leather on the front seats is super worn, particularly on the driver's side which caused seat to split (pictured)The interior carpet has seen better daysThe gas cap door sticks so you have to push it a little harderThe air conditioning is hit and miss. It usually works decent for about 5 minutes and then stops blowing cold/cool airThe cruise control doesn't workThe rear driver's side door lock sticksThe driver's side lock likes to fall in the door every now and then but is an easy fixThe dash display is only half-lit (no instrument controls affected)The driver's side seat belt sticks pretty badly. It seems to be way too sensitive when restrainingNeither the front or rear cigarette lighters work I do want to emphasize the car has always run well for me. I am sad to see her go but had the opportunity to get a newer car with lower mileage for cheap so can't pass it up. This car is sold as-is. I have done my best to list all the issues and have definitely covered anything moderate or major but there may be oversights on my part.
