Up for auction is this very nice and unique 1929 Ford Model A 'Huckster". It has the original 4 cyl. engine & 3 spd on the floor manual transmission. The engine fires right up & runs very good with no smoking. The tranny shifts good & smooth. The clutch is strong with no chattering. The body is nice with no rust. There is newer wood on the bed floor that looks very nice. The doors have no glass. All of the truck is steel with no fiberglass. It has nice tires that are 21" with the original rims and side mount spare with new chrome lug nuts. The lights and gauges all work. The horn does blow. It has a nice dash and seat. The engine bay is nice and clean, not all full of grease, oil or crud. It is a very nice rig that could be used for advertising at a business - auto dealership, bait shop, produce stand, antique shop, farm implement or etc. It would be great for parades as it is pretty unique. The possibilities for this rare model are endless - just get creative. My dead beat helper is not included with the sale, you'll need to acquire your own. The truck does have a few rattles to deal with such as the door handles tightened up. Overall this is a very nice and solid old Ford Model A truck that could be used in a number of ways. The bar rack on the back of the truck can be removed by taking out 4 bolts in about 5 minutes. Please contact me prior to the end of the auction to discuss the unique truck. The buyer is responsible to arrange and pay for transportation of the vehicle. This vehicle is currently stored inside and can remain there for up to 30 days to allow for transportation or pick up. This car is offered by a WI dealer and therefore a signed purchase agreement will need to be signed. A WI buyer will have the WI sales tax, and any local fees added to the final bid price.
