1969 Dodge Charger. This car has been sitting in my garage for almost ten years and sat in anther garage before that. Last year I decided to get it fired up and see where I was at. So I called my mechanic and had him go over the car. I ended up buying four brand new BFGs mounted on new 15" wheels, Holley 650, MSD box, MSD coil, MSD distributor. Got it running pretty good and shipped it to my metal guy. My metal guy is pretty meticulous so believe me when I say that I don't believe anyone could find a spot of rust on this car. All metal work is done. So I got it back from metal guy and did a little bit to the interior. Mostly just cleaned it up and put in new carpet. Then my mechanic did some skim coating and sprayed it a nice hotrod black. Not a finish paint job but not bad either. Really just wanted to get something on it. Drove the car and realized that it's not my car. I'm just not a mopar guy. That's the story of the car. These are the facts: 1969 Dodge Charger with 383 (originally 318). Has a 727 automatic transmission and suregrip posi rearend. Picture of green Charger is when I first got it. Motor is a little tired but runs ok. Transmission shifts good. Seats aren't ripped up but some of the stitching is coming undone. Instrument cluster could use some refinishing. Needs a blinker switch. Speedometer comes and goes. I'm trying to give a full and accurate description but definitely ask questions and look at pictures. Car is definitely drivable but isn't finished. Please don't bid if you don't have the money. 1000 dollars due within 24 hours of close of auction and balance within 7 days. I will accept cash, certified check or bank transfer. Car will not be released until funds have cleared.
