This is a beautiful '65 Ford Mustang for sale. It has a 289 V8 engine with a C-6 automatic transmission. Car was originally a manual transmission. Vehicle still runs but unfortunately there are some problems arising from some engine work that was done in the past. The engine rocker arms were not secured properly on a track and wobble out of alignment which has caused them to wear. Cylinder pressure in 2 of the 8 cylinders is low and it is unknown if the engine will need a complete rebuild. I am selling the car because I do not have the time or the skills needed in order to fix it. Body is solid throughout but there are some small areas of the paint that are bubbling up on the quarter panels. Overall the vehicle looks fantastic but it would need a new paint job to be a show car or anything close to it. Lights and new windshield wipers work fine. Gas gauge may be off and radio/cassette player may not work. Vehicle is manual steering. I am not the original owner of the vehicle and it is being sold as is. Vehicle's description is to the best of my knowledge. Buyer assumes responsibility for any problems or issues found with the vehicle. Shipping is to lower 48 only and buyer will pay all shipping costs. Payment in full is required before vehicle will ship.
